This project establishes a refined residential address along the coastline of Surfside, Florida, positioned at the northern edge of The Surf Club Four Seasons Private Residences. Comprising 34 residences, it is oriented to maximize direct Atlantic Ocean views while maintaining privacy and spatial clarity.

The architecture is defined by a contemporary glass façade referencing European modernism, allowing transparency, light, and horizon lines to shape the interior experience. The buildings integrate with their coastal context through proportion and restraint.

Designed by Joseph Dirand, the interiors emphasize material precision and controlled detailing. All cabinetry throughout the building was crafted and installed by Italkraft, ensuring consistency in execution and finish across every residence. Private terraces extend each home outward, reinforcing the relationship between interior volume and oceanfront landscape.

Structured around clarity of form and material consistency, flat-panel wood cabinetry defines the perimeter, while integrated appliances maintain a continuous vertical rhythm, separating functional zones without disrupting visual flow. The stone backsplash and counters extend the material language, introducing subtle texture within a restrained palette.
