# CANCUN DAYDREAM - THE HIGH-LINE ART OF SLS HOTEL & RESIDENCES
In partnership with SBE hospitality, a leading global hospitality group out of Los Angeles, Miami-based development firm, The Related Group is expanding the SLS brand into Mexico with the mixed-use property of hotel and residences in the state of Quintana Roo. The brand’s extension will complement the firm’s robust American offerings and continue the tradition of the Related Group’s excellence and craftsmanship.
“The potential in Mexico is tremendous,” said Jorge Pérez, Chairman, and Founder of The Related Group. “Continued trade with its northern neighbors and record-breaking tourism has led to robust growth in the Mexican economy which has, in turn, empowered the middle class and made it a more desirable destination for American buyers. Mexico is a country on the cusp of a major boom and Related will be ready when it begins.”
Stretched along 87 miles of the Mexican Caribbean’s coastline of the Yucatan peninsula known as the Riviera Maya, the tropical oasis provides ideal surroundings to experience nature at its purest and the hottest new lifestyle destination. In partnership with Arroniz Arte Contemporáneo Gallery in Mexico City, art reigns throughout the property with curated sculptural works that bring the optical opulence of the entire development to new heights, elevating the tone of the interior spaces with dimension and beauty to its cerulean seas. With a feast of unconventional luxury, the best of design and gastronomy reigns at SLS with sophistication and allure in a treasure of exclusivity, offering access to a private beach club, marina, golf course, fitness center, world-class shopping and a variety of other entertainment options.
> “I HAVE IMAGINED SLS CANCUN AS THE PREMIER GATED BEACHFRONT PARADISE, OFFERING INCREDIBLE DESIGNER RESIDENCES WRAPPED BY AMAZING VIEWS OF THE BLUE CARIBBEAN WATERS, WITH INCOMPARABLE AMENITIES AND FABULOUS HOTEL SERVICES BY SLS” – Jorge Pérez
