How AI and Innovation Are Reshaping Construction

New York City's building community gathered for Blueprint Society's Next Gen Trade Tech, an evening devoted to the technologies quietly rewriting how we design and build. Set inside the ITALKRAFT showroom in the Flatiron District, the event drew architects, designers, contractors, developers, and technology leaders together for an evening of sharp conversation, new connections, and shared ideas. It was organized by Blueprint Society, founded by New Wave Design & Contracting, with All the Details serving as presenting sponsor.

At the heart of the evening was a conversation between Gavin Myers of Prudence and Evan Brown of Rebar. The two unpacked how AI and emerging tools are reshaping the built environment, grounding the discussion in real examples of what the industry is using now and where it is heading.
